Are the products authentic?
Yes. All products come through official distribution and are sold factory sealed.
How do pre-orders work?
You pay a 25% deposit today. When the product arrives you receive a payment link for the balance; after payment it ships or is ready for pickup.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of 2000 TL and above. Same-day special delivery is always paid.
What is the return policy?
Sealed products can only be returned unopened with seal intact. Singles and graded cards within 14 days in delivered condition, without removing from the protective case.
How do I collect from a vending machine?
Choose the Vadi İstanbul, Meydan AVM or Mall of Istanbul machine at checkout. When the order is ready you get a QR code by email and SMS; show it to the machine reader and your item drops. The QR is valid for 48 hours; pickup is free.
Are installments available?
Card payments over 1000 TL offer 2, 3, 6 and 9 installments. Bank transfer gets a discount.
