Can I cancel a pre-order?
You can cancel before release. Deposit refund terms are in the distance sales agreement.
What if our allocation is cut?
Orders are filled in deposit order. If we can't fill yours, the full deposit is refunded.
What if I mix pre-orders and in-stock items?
In-stock items ship right away; pre-orders ship separately on release. The free-shipping threshold uses your cart total.
